The Classic Hot Toddy or Hot Whiskey
2.5cl Powers Irish Whiskey
1 tps honey
1 slice of lemon studded with cloves
Hot water
Mix all ingredients, adding more honey to taste, if desired.
Perfect for those cold winter nights or to ward off the first symptoms of a cold!

Irish Gold
2 parts Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
2 parts Ginger Ale
Splash of Orange Juice
½ part of Peach Schnapps
Combine in an ice-cube filled Collins or speciality glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
(Highball no shake)

Irish Kiss
2 parts Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
½ part of Irish Mist
1 part Heavy Cream/Ice Cream
Chocolate Syrup
Shake with ice and serve in a chilled Martini glass
Garnish with shaved chocolate

Count Kilbeggan
1 Part Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
4 Parts 7Up/Sprite
0.5 Parts Grenadine Syrup
Serve in a Long Glass with Ice

Killer Punch
2 Parts Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
1 Part Sour Apple Schnapps
2 Parts Cranberry Juice
Shake the Ingredients Well Over Ice
Serve in a Chilled Martini Glass
Garnish with a Slice of Apple

Dew Berrymore
2 parts Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
1 part raspberry liqueur
Dash of sours
Splash of Grenadine
Shake and strain into a martini glass

Tropical Dew
2 parts Tullamore Dew
1 part Pineapple Juice
Squeeze of Lemon
Top off with Soda Water
Combine the Tullamore Dew with
the juices. Add ice and fill with soda - stir gently.
Serve in a Highball (no shake) with a lemon or lime wedge

Black Irishman
2 parts Tullamore Dew
1 part Kahlua
Serve over ice in a Rocks glass
Garnish with a cherry

Merry Irishman
2 parts Tullamore Dew
1 part Kahlua
½ part Mint Schnapps
Serve over ice in a Rocks glass
Garnish with candy cane

Irish Iced Coffee
1 part Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
1 part Carolans Irish Cream
1 part Coffee Liquor (or a shot of espresso)
Shake and pour into a rocks glass
topped with whipped cream
